I would like to express my sincere gratitude for DELTA Tutorial and Review Centre for the support, proper guidance, and intensive training prior to the IELTS exam. There's nothing to compare with DELTA's enormous endeavor in creating a conducive environment for learning during the review sessions. In addition, the modules for the review are very excellent for the intended training and practice. I can say that it's a contributing factor that made me passed the IELTS exam last 8th July 2006. It's one of the significant and exceptional moments of my life!
