DELTA is an English language training academy which primarily conducts preparatory programs for English tests like IELTS, TSE, SPEAK, TOEFL-iBT, TOEIC and  WELLTS. It also conducts one-to-one tuition among Koreans, Chinese and Filipinos. It is an authorized IELTS registration center of BRITISH COUNCIL and IDP Australia. As an institution, it commits to uphold passion, integrity and excellence.

In 2006, DELTA has obtained 100% IELTS success rate for nine times. It has helped a total of 140 professionals hurdle the IELTS, 15 PTs and OTs pass the TSE and TOEFL iBT, 12 Koreans pass the TOEIC and 8 Filipinos meet their English requirement for college.

DELTA  is owned by JC and TJ Vargas. Along with the couple are six ace English language prefessors, one foreign national and two vibrant ESL tutors who form the team Dynamic English Language Teachers.
